How our turn key volunteer event works:
You set the date, time, and location (your office, a conference hotel, or event space).
We handle all logistics: We ship all kit supplies to your site contact ahead of time and bring our on-site event staff to set up and facilitate the project.
Your team builds high-impact kits: In a 60-90 minute session, your team assembles items such as Foster Youth Snack Kits or Foster Teen Self-Care & Hygiene Kits.
Direct Delivery & Social Media Assets: We pack up and deliver 100% of the completed packages directly to local family courts (such as Judge Gonzales’ court in Dallas and Tarrant County court programs), CASA workers, and local foster youth shelters. We also supply event photos for your team to use on social media and corporate updates.
Our flat-fee packages cover all materials, shipping, setup, facilitation, and delivery. Please contact us for fees. Fees based on number of volunteers.
