DFW Impact delivers seamless, high-impact corporate volunteer events directly to your workplace, conference, or corporate retreat.
We handle 100% of the planning, sourcing, logistics, and delivery, so your team can focus on connection, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
How It Works
Simple, flat-fee execution.
• You Pick the Date, Time & Location
Host your volunteer event wherever it works best for your team: your office conference room, a hotel ballroom during your annual summit, or an off-site corporate venue.
• We Ship the Supplies
Once your flat event fee is confirmed, we source and order all of the necessary materials and ship them directly to your designated contact person before the event.
• We Facilitate the Experience
Our event team arrives on-site, sets up the assembly stations, guides your employees through an engaging hands-on service project, and manages the cleanup when the event is complete.
• Local Delivery & Proof of Impact
After your event, we collect and package all completed items and deliver them directly to local DFW organizations serving children and youth.
Your company also receives high-resolution event photos that can be shared through your social media, internal communications, and employee engagement channels.

At DFW Impact we believe that charity does more than help the person receiving support. Giving back can heal, connect, and bring people together.
When people come together to do something meaningful for someone in need, something powerful happens. Teams build genuine connections, employees feel a deeper sense of purpose, and communities become stronger.
We have more than 15 years of experience working with the foster care community and organizing grassroots charitable projects. Through that experience, we saw firsthand how simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and youth.
Impact DFW was created to bring that experience into the corporate workplace.
What Your Team Will Prepare
Your team builds high-impact care kits during a hands-on 60- 90-minute volunteer session. Each kit is thoughtfully designed to meet a practical need and provide a moment of comfort and encouragement to a child or young person in need.
Snack Kits:
These snack bags are designed for children and youth who may spend hours waiting in court or attending appointments while going through the foster care process. The bags provide something to eat when a child starts getting hungry and include snacks that are easy to carry and enjoy.
A typical snack bag may include:
Crackers
Fruit snacks or raisins
Other kid-friendly snacks
A small toy or activity
A personal encouragement note
Teen Self-Care & Hygiene Kits
Entering foster care can be overwhelming, especially for a teenager who may arrive with few personal belongings. These kits provide basic personal-care items that a teen girl or boy may need when entering care.
Depending on the kit, items may include:
Deodorant
Body lotion
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Hair-care products
Feminine hygiene products
Travel-size face lotion or other skincare products
Other essential personal-care items
The completed kits are distributed to children and youth throughout the DFW community through local organizations and community partners.
